Assalam-o-alaikum everyone !
Sorry for the delay and thank you for your patience ..:) so to start first of all a little disclaimer: I am not a skincare expert or professional this is what I have gained through reading a lot of skincare stuff in books ,magazines and a lot through internet so this routine is followed all around the world and almost every skincare expert is going to recommend you to follow however the products can vary depending on your skin type for that you first you need to recognize your skin type and buy products that are made for your skin type specifically. Lets get started!!!
Step 1:EXFOLIATE ladies!
Yes you heard me, no matter what your skin type exfoliation is important , it cleanses your pores and takes that dead skin layer off. Once or max twice a week exfoliation is enough, people with dry skin need to really be careful because over-exfoliation can dry out your skin. Exfoliate while you bath because that's when your pores are open due to hot water! don't forget to rinse your body with Luke warm or slightly cold water to close the pores !
Step 2: CLEANSING!
This you need to do every day in the morning and at night before going to bed find a good cleanser that cleanses your skin thoroughly and does not dries out your skin .If you have problematic skin like acne or blackheads there are different cleansers available to suit your skin type .
Step 3: MOISTURIZE, MOISTURIZE ,MOISTURIZE!
Yes I said it three times because it is that important ,even if its summer your skin needs to be moisturized because you are sweating and your skin is getting constantly dehydrated and as for winters the need is enhanced! spend more on a good lotion or a cream than you spend on your cleansers because ultimately it is going to get absorbed in a sense your skin is feeding on the good stuff that your moisturizer has where as the cleanser is going to come off with water!
Step 4: USE SUN PROTECTION!
This stuff is so important ,no matter how much I stress on it.. always use at least SPF 15 or 30 when going out or even at home every day its so important, the sunrays can be very damaging to your skin cause wrinkles ,premature aging , sunburn even skin cancer , find a moisturizer that has SPF in it already so that you don't have to wear it or buy it separately.. btw lets do some math if its SPF 15 multiply it with 10 which is 150 so SPF 15 is going to protect your skin from sun for 150 minutes..

step 5 : EYE CREAM!
This step is also important specially because your eye area can show various signs of aging ,tiring, wrinkles eye bags, dark circles(hate them have a lot :( ) , so using a good eye cream can prevent all that ..
That's it girls love your skin drink lots of water very imp and eat healthy..and take care of your skin spend more on skin then on makeup so you don't need makeup to cover up instead you just need it to glam up ;)..up next will be the products that I am currently using for my skincare plus a little individual review..Feel free to Leave comments below and tell me if you have any questions Id love to answer..
